CEO, President

Mr. Werneth is co-founder of Acutus Medical, Argá Medtech, Ablation Frontiers, Securis Medical and CryoTherapeutics GmbH, and is founding partner of Evolve Medtech Partners.  He has held senior level positions at Medtronic, Micro Therapeutics and Edwards Lifesciences. Werneth holds over 100 U.S. patents in various medical technology fields.


Timothy Corvi
Sr. VP, R&D

Mr. Corvi is a seasoned research and development professional with over 20 years of experience in the design and development of devices for interventional cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, drug infusion and cardiac electrophysiology.


Janice Barstad
VP Clinical Market Development

Mrs. Barstad is a seasoned professional with hands-on clinical, sales, product planning, business development, and management skills. She has over 30 years of experience introducing new products and developing markets in the medical device and electrophysiology markets.


Graydon Beatty, PhD
SRT Architect

Dr. Beatty has nearly four decades of experience in the design and development of innovative products in the field of cardiac electrophysiology. Prior to joining Maxwell, he was CTO of Acutus Medical (IPO), and co-founder and CTO at Endocardial Solutions, Inc. (acquired.by St. Jude Medical and Abbott Laboratories).


J. Chris Flaherty
IP Strategist

Mr. Flaherty is a founder of TransVascular (acquired by Medtronic) and Insulet (NASDAQ: PODD), and is an inventor of their technologies. He has 30 years of medical technology experience and holds over 220 U.S. Patents.


Medhi Razavi, MD

Dr. Razavi is an Associate Professor, Medicine-Cardiology Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and is a practicing electrophysiologist at the Texas Heart Institute. As Director of Clinical Arrhythmia Research & Innovations at the Texas Heart Institute, he has supervised the development of several technologies in collaboration with Rice University and Texas A&M. Dr. Razavi holds 18 medical technology patents.


Mary Sun
VP, APAC

Mrs. Sun has extensive experience in the cardiovascular device industry and has developed deep relationships with key opinion leaders in China. For more than 10 years she was a key member of the St. Jude Medical-China team that introduced and commercialized St. Jude heart valves, pacemakers, ICDs, and the EnSite 3D Mapping System.
